General
Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. (the Corporation) maintains a web-based application located at www.taxmenotcanada.com (the Site). Through the Site the Corporation provides services, information, articles and other materials (the Services). The Site and Services is provided to you subject to your compliance with these Terms, Conditions and End-user agreement of use (the Agreement).

Please read these Terms, Conditions and End-user Agreement before beginning to use our services.
You agree to be bound by the Agreement by accessing or using the Site and Services. Do not access or use the Site and Services if you do not agree to be bound by the Corporation’s Terms, Conditions and End-user agreement. When you click on the terms and conditions icon "I Agree" you are stating your commitment to comply with the Agreement. By clicking “I Agree” you agree to all the terms and all the conditions of the agreement.
Legal contract
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between “You” and “Income Tax Filing Centre Inc.” registered under the Province of Ontario Corporation Act. This Agreement governs your use of the Income Tax Filing Centre Inc.’s online web based application and its employees, and all related documents and services, and support via online and or email and or by phone.
This Agreement sets forth Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. its’ employees, all services providers, including domain names registered under the corporation’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the “Site and Services”. It is a complete statement of the agreement between you and the Corporation.
Your Right to Use the Service:
You are only granted the Right to Use services for the purpose described by the Corporation. You agree you will not permit or provide access to any third party to use the Site and Services, in a manner that violates any applicable law or this Agreement. You may have the right to use the Site and Services until termination of this Agreement and comply with this agreement. The Corporation grants you for the tax-year and the following year for the specified tax-year a limited, non-transferable right to use Site and Services, and to submit your tax documents and personal information. This Agreement cannot be assigned.
Legal advice and decision making Responsibility
The Corporation does not provide any professional advice and or legal advice. Your use of the Site and Services does not create a professional – client relationship between You and the Corporation.
The content provided in the Site and the Services provided by the Corporation are not intended nor should be considered the provision of Professional Advice.
Your use of the Site and Services may facilitate access to or communications with the Corporation by way of email or otherwise to the web-based application. Receipt of any such communications or transmissions by the Corporation does not create a Professional-client, contractual or other relationship with the Corporation and the user or sender.
The Site and Service is provided solely for informational purposes. It is not intended to be tax-consulting or other professional advice. You are advised to seek specific professional advice by visiting the Corporation or any professional counsellor in relation to your specific tax issues.
Payment for services:
You should confirm the service fee for the use of the Site and Service. The Corporation may change the applicable fees at any time without prior notice. Payments will be billed to you in Canadian dollars.
You will be notified for the service fees before we start work on your tax returns, accounting or other agreed works. You must pay the service fees by your valid credit card and, all fees and charges are non-refundable.
Illegal use or attempt-
In order to access the Site and Services, you will be required to create an account and password. Your information and files will be stored securely in the Corporation’s server.
You shall not, directly or indirectly, use the Site and Services, in any manner other than its intended use. You shall not, directly or indirectly, use the Site and Services for the benefit of any third party. You shall not, directly or indirectly, use the Site and Services other than to prepare your and your family’s tax filing purposes. You shall not, directly or indirectly, copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute in any of the materials and structures from Corporation’s Site and Services.
You shall not, directly or indirectly, try or attempt to modify or derive the source code of the Corporation’s Site and Services. You shall not modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works based on the Corporation’s Site and Services or any part thereof.
Intellectual Property Rights.
The Corporation’s Site and Services is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Corporation’s Site and Services and all copyright and other intellectual property rights therein and thereto are owned and shall be retained exclusively by Income Tax Filing Centre Inc.
In terms of your use of the Site and Services, you acquire NO Ownership interest in the Corporation and its Site and Services. The Corporation reserve all rights related to such ownership, including the exclusive right to further development and marketing.
Responsibility and Liability.
You are responsible for securing and managing your password, if you became aware of any unauthorized access to your account, act accordingly.
You are responsible for using the Corporation’s Site and Services correctly and are liable for any omissions or errors in the information provided by you. You are solely responsible and liable for providing personal, income tax slips and documents and additional information.
The downloading of any material is done at your own risk. The Corporation does not guarantee or warrant that the Site and Services is free of viruses
The Corporation is not responsible to provide any refunds or any compensation that result from the misuse or wrongly use the Site and Services.
Filing your Income Tax Electronically:
You agree that you are responsible for reviewing the tax returns information prepared by the Corporation for accuracy before signing the “(T183) Information Return for Electronic Filing of an Individual’s Income Tax and Benefit Return”. You agree that you sign and return the original form (T183) to us via post.
You agree that you are responsible for reviewing before you sign on the part ‘E’ and ‘F of the “(T183) Information Return for Electronic Filing of an Individual’s Income Tax and Benefit Return”
The Corporation will file your tax return on your behalf and you are responsible for ensuring that the information you submitted to us to prepare your return is correct before you sign.
You agree that the Corporation and its employees will not at any time have any liability for any claim that you may have as a result of the use of the Site and Services provided. The Corporation has no responsibility or liability for any damages or claims relating to any use of the Site and Services.
Advertisement:
The Corporation may advertise the services or link to third party sites throughout the web and social media channels. The Corporation has no control over any sites or the content within them. The Corporation cannot guarantee, represent or warrant either the products or services of third parties or that the content contained in the sites is legal and or legally allowed. The Corporation does not endorse the content of any third party’s sites by using the Site and Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Your use of this Site and Service, is entirely at your own risk. The services are provided “as is”. Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. disclaim any representations or warrants that your use of this Site and Service will satisfy compliance with any legal obligations or laws or regulations.
The Corporation does not assume any responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies related to or arising from the Site and Services.
The Corporation does not guarantee the confidentiality of any communication sent to it through the Site and Services or email and cannot guarantee that any such communications are protected by professional -client privilege.
The entire liability of Income Tax Filing Centre Inc., its employees and its service providers for all claims relating to this agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services during the tax year period to such claim. Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. and its employees and or service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, losses and or damages relating to failures of communications, corruption, security, loss or theft of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. and its employees harmless from any and all claims, liability, and expenses, including legal fees and disbursements on a full indemnity basis, arising out of your use of the Site and Service. Including third party claims. You agree to cooperate as requested by Income Tax Filing Centre Inc. in the defense of any claims before you start using the Site and Service.
The Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada govern this Agreement without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You are accessing the Services on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Your Personal Information and Privacy Policy:
You agree to the Income Tax Filing Centre Inc.’s Privacy Policy Statement. Income Tax Filing Centre Inc., its employees and or its service providers may collect personal information from you through the registration, profile update, and tax filing preparation for the purposes of providing you our services. The Corporation may or will use your Information to provide you updates and improve the services and or design promotions.
Your use of the Site and Services is subject to the “Corporation’s” ‘Privacy Policy’ made available to you at https://www.incometaxfilingcentre.com/privacy/
